I can’t show you my Huge work.

You know how it is. Unless it’s live, I can’t talk about it. That said, keep an eye on anything Comcast does in the next year — I probably worked on it (if it's good). Huge has spent the last two years in a multi-channel attempt to improve Comcast’s service design and user experience. I was hired in November 2014 to lead UX, and tie together our siloed strategic and creative teams. I’ve worked on almost every area of Comcast’s digital ecosystem — marketing new products, redesigning account management, help and support, multi-language strategy, global brand styles, and long-term customer retention planning.

I've worked on other stuff at Huge too. Pitching fashion clients, healthcare and retail. Working with Morgan Stanley to expand on their recent redesign. Internal fun stuff. If you want to see some of my Huge work, let me know. I only share secrets in person.
